Trip Details
- Each person must register separately to ensure everyone is accounted for; ONE spot on each trip is reserved for each registration. Do Not use the "back" arrow button to return to the registration system to enter a second registration. Use the "Begin Additional Registration" button on the bottom of the on-line confirmation letter or restart the browser between orders.
- All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older on trips. Follow instructions on the registration page to sign up children under 18 for free.
- All registration categories include the Friday night opening reception and lecture, the Saturday keynote lecture, and the Sunday Evening Social.
MULTIPLE DAYS:
- Value Package Registration -- $80
(Includes all events except bus, boat, horseback trips, pre- and post-festival out-of-area trips, and the banquet)
- Basic Registration -- $45
(Includes all events designated as “No additional charge” on list of events; other trips may be added for the fee specified)
- Student Registration -- $22
(Includes all events designated as “No additional charge” on list of events; other trips may be added for half price of the fee specified; must show proof of student status at check-in)
ONE DAY:
- One-day Basic Registration -- $22
(Includes events designated as “No additional charge” on list of events on one day; other trips same-day may be added for the fee specified)
- One-day Student Registration -- $11
(Includes events designated as “No additional charge” on list of events on one day; other trips same-day may be added for half price of the fee specified; must show proof of student status at check-in)
- You must register to take fieldtrips and workshops. Space is limited.
- All-day trips go rain or shine, except Nighttime Owls, Pelagic Trips, and possibly other bay and ocean boat trips.
- Lunch is provided for the Big Day events only.
- The fee for field trips canceled by festival organizers will be refunded.
- Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel trips that do not have a minimum number of registrants.
- General cancellation policy: If you cancel before two weeks until the festival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks of the festival you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel once the festival has begun, you will not receive any refund. If festival organizers cancel a trip at any time, you will receive a full refund. Some boat trips have individual cancellation conditions and refund policies.
